- How long will it take for my item to arrive?
- Packages usually ship out within 5 business days, and the rest is up to the carrier! USPS is still under extreme stress, so please be patient during the COVID-19 shipping delays.

Do you use any plastic packaging?
- Nope!! All packaging is made from recycled or renewable materials, making for guilt-free shipping. More info under "Sustainability"!
- What do I do if my item is broken upon arrival?
- While I take extreme care while packaging, accidents happen. Please email me at info@tempestpottery.com or through the "Contact Us" page with a photo of the item and we will begin the refund process promptly.
- Everything is sold out! How do I know when new pieces are available?
- You can get notified about future updates by following @tempest_pottery on Instagram or by joining my email list, found at the bottom of this page.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, but please expect international shipping prices and longer shipping timeframes. All international orders will be assigned tracking.
